Overview: The purpose of this lesson is to familiarize the student with the necessity to communicate, in Spanish, with customers, and be able to acquire needed information for reports. By the end of this lesson, the student will be able to define various Spanish words, make an immediate assessment of the situation and communicate, in Spanish, with Spanish speaking customers, engage in acquiring information from Spanish speaking customers and thanking the Spanish speaking customers for their cooperation in the investigation.

Goal: The goal of this lesson is to familiarize the student with the necessity to communicate, in Spanish, with customers, and be able to acquire needed information for reports.

Prerequisites: None.
