Overview: The TIER ONE TRAINING Level 3 Certification Course meets the regulatory requirements set forth by the Texas Department of Public Safety Private Security Bureau Administrative Rules and the Texas Occupation Code Title 10, Chapter 1702 for certification as a Level 3 Commissioned Armed Security Officer. This program provides participants with the basic principals of the security industry using the State of Texas required materials. Once completed, participants receive the basic certificate required for submission to the State. This certificate is necessary to obtain a State license to be able to work legally as an armed security officer in the State of Texas.
